Basketball MSSD 2010

This year is the best year of my life since i'm born~

I'm very happy cuz this is my last year is MES basketball team and this is the first time we're in a semi final~

Although we lost to SMJK AT just now~we took our revenge by winning both Nan Hwa's who beat us in the group stage 2 years ago and last year in the quarter finals...yeah~there's improvement..

thanks to all my team mates~ =)

so, we're gonna play 3rd and 4th placing 2morrow against ACS~ I really hope we can win 2morrow's match~after that concentrate on handball which is next week and our aim is go to the final...i hope if that happens , i'll be real real happy~

then after that must study already.. if get good results somemore, this year will be the best of the best year already...

moreover, this would be my last year in secondary life~ i hope it would end wonderfully ^^

thank God for everything and guiding me to success~

wow...damn tiring after a week of preparation for sports day...

this year's sports day very sien...

only got so few events...i can even count it with my fingers...

this year only got high jump, long jump, shotput, discus throw, tug-of-war, and cross country...

to cut this short cuz i;m very very tired...

this year green team won the overall champion....unbelievable huh?

i also can't believe it!!

i think it has been many many years since green house ever won it...

thanks to our team captain khaw eng khoon...haha

this year i only got 2 medals nia...1 gold and 1 silver...

gold for high jump n silver for shotput..

and got 12th for cross country...not bad liao lo..last year 20 i think...

BTW...to all those who didn't do well this time...

try your best next year...gambateh!!

2morrow got MSSD badminton competition...

i;m going to play badminton while others will take their exam..hahaha...

but when i come back also must take..haha..

haven't even touch any books...i think if got also just my physics book...hehe

i just hope can go 2nd round ok liao...but if can go further better lo..its God's will.. =)

i got to go rest already...whole body aching after running n badminton training..

Happy Chinese New Year everyone!!!

should have wish u all earlier...but...always not at home this whole week...

i think the whole week i've been doing the same thing everyday...

morning wake up, go friends house, go bai nian, go pakuang, go here go there...

forget about school...good...=)

so, in 2 days time, schools gonna start already...so fast!!!

and still haven really enjoyed myself to the fullest...

i think 2morrow no need to sleep already...

yesterday went for BBQ at jonin's house with classmates...

Its been a long time since i've opened my blog...

i nearly forgotten the password...haha

i tried 3 times only can enter...luckily... =)

i've been busy lately...and i mean really BUSY...

tiring 1st month of form 5...

everyday do my homework till about 1aM...

then have to wake up at 6...tiring man....

and lots of tuitions too~haiz...

this year gonna take 11 subjects for SPM...including BK(bible knowledge)

can get 11A+?? I dont know...haha...

gotta be serious this year...

aiya..

this year got world cup but....must study....

sad case lar...=(

suffer for 1 year then after that can play non-stop liao lor...haha

many many things happened this month...

=) and =( things happen...if want to say here...i think there will be too many...

however...its just the 1st month...

i think abt 5 or 6 month till my trials...gonna study hard...

study=less online...

so wont be online that often...

this year many competitions have been canceled by the new PPD head...

i think also caused by no money...but i think will have basketball and handball...=)

sien lo...my last year already like this...

somemore sports day only got 4 events this year...

no field events as my school's 3 storey builing is in progress...

the padang's condition very bad...=(

however..hope can get gold or silver for the other events lor...

there will be high jump, long jump, shot put, disc throw...

i think gonna enter all except long jump...cuz i think only can enter 3 nia...

i think i got to go do my chemistry home work now..

or else tomorrow have to see the principal...haha

Wow...it has been a year already...

and it has been ages since I've updated my blog...

this holiday..i went for NSCFL in seremban...for those who duno what is NSCFL camp...it is National School Christian Leaders camp...

after camp...i went KL for a week...

and...hehe..i bought a DSLR...yeah...Nikon D3000...luv it...

this holiday also go and practice motor weekly..

and finally...yeah...passed my motor test...got P already...^^

just...today just passed...

Yeah!!..ended 2009 with a BANG!!!

going to KL 2morrow at 7AM..=)

go till 3rd of JAN...

then start school on 4th..

come back ..sleep..then go school...woohoo..

Yesterday went to church for BBQ...yeah!!!

we spent about a whole week to prepare for this...

it was tiring but fun!!

we started the nite as usual with praise and worship...

then after that we have games...

the BBQ!!!

about 40 ppl came and managed to finish eating 120 chicken wings, 4 packets of sausages(big packet), and 4 packets of fish balls... out of 40 ppl i think only 3/4 ppl ate...most of the girls didn't eat...LOL

not many pictures to show cuz didn't have time to take..

busy eating ma...

Another busy week for me...

this week i only went to school for 2 days...

i went on monday and tuesday...

wednesday lazy so stay at home play computer lo..

but also very malas update my blog...

im thinking of changing the layout...

any1 can give me some ideas?

thursday i went for undang test lo...

i waited at MINI so long..

my agent din come cuz anak sick o...

so have to wait for another guy to fetch me to sitiawan...

when i reached there, there were only 2 persons...

so after sitting down a while then can go in already...

susah o the questions...

others ok la...

but the difficult 1 is section C de...i didn't read also le...

cuz when i do the sort of trial test...

don't have that type questions also...

so finally result come out...i got 43/50...haha...

aiya..got pass ok dy ma...

then when reach back at MINI...

Mr Steven ask me come the next day to listen L license cuz he say theyre will be lesser people on friday...but actually i want to go to school...but nevermind lar...

go to school also mix with form 3 students cuz got SPM...

i think sure very bored 1 lo...

then friday go and listen lo...

Mr Steven's speech is NOT BORING...seriously...

before that...listen KPP 1...can sleep o...

when i reached home...

i got an sms that there is no BM tuition that night...

fuh~tired man...but its ok la...

Today only 16 ppl from my class went to school...

chinese guys only me n sj...

then today get test papers lo...

im very satisfied with the results...hahaha

no fail...woohoo...

maths got 91, bio 56, english 80+, sej 70+ and...erm...i suddenly forgot edi le...hehe

then as usual...go computer lab lo...

then on9 facebook...and saw our new magazine editor on9...mr. khaw...lolz...haha

he very bersemangat since chosen as editor for next year's mag...haha

he think a lot dy....haha...good good...but donno will succeed o not lo...haha

hopefully can la...

after that my english teacher ask to go back class to take paper...she say if nvr go back class cannot go back at 1 pm...zzz

so bincang bincang the questions then got 'someone' keep on complain to teacher to get marks...(GOOd GoOd)

Hi everyone...

Im just back from civics quiz in smk changkat beruas...

so tired...

me, asma and nivashini went for the quiz...'berbilang kaum'...haha

today's result was unexpected...

we got through the first stage that is answering objective question...

our school got the highest marks...same with smjk nan hwa...74/90 questions

after that was the final round...

top 3 teams where called up the stage to start the final round...

we were shocked that we were also the top 3...

we couldn't believe it...haha...we didn't study at all...asma and niva were reading in the car but i slept nearly the whole journey...

i was the first to answer the questions...AURALLY...

nervous le...1st time like this...

so after 3 rounds of answering...

we wait for the result....

have to wait for the PPD person to come...

so wait....and wait...and wait...lalalalalalala

finally he turned up...

so when announced the results...we got 2nd!!!

i knew that we would either get 1st or 2nd...

finally all EXAM over!!

just now sivik exam so bored...

finish liao teacher don wan collect...

im so full...

just back from school and just finished my lunch...

what a close shave at school just now...

i start my story from this morning lar...

this morning i woke up at 5..but...after snooze and snooze...

i woke up at 7!!!

i quickly rush and take my bath then pack my bag and went in the car...

after 1 minuite...

i look outside the window and saw people wearing uniform bodies shirt cuz its a WEDNESDAY!!!

then i think....oh no...IM DEAD THIS TimE...

already late...just go only lo...and hope Ahmad Keeflee didn't saw me...hehe

better than get scolded by Mr. Ong for being late if go back change...

so i went through the canteen gate to avoid being seen my teachers...

luckily this week no assembly for uniform bodies...THANK GOD

so study start as usual...n min hann talk about his 'girlfriends'...haha

1st was cikgu Azmi..he ask why i didn't wear scout shirt...

then got 1 girl sibuk sibuk say my shirt not yet wash...

(siapa yang makan cili, dialah yang akan rasa pedasnya)

next was account and moral...nothing happen then...

later Tuan Haji come to my class and ask anyone who is setiausaha please come out...

luckily i was just naib...haha

when he came...i close the curtains as i sit at the side and took a book and cover my shirt...hehe

then after pjk, i pass up my pjk book and then quickly went to the canteen to eat...

after eating i saw Tuan Haji went to the canteen...so i quickly went to the class...

i didn't jaga today at canteen...hehe

later..khaw ask me follow him go find teck jong...

so just go lo...luckily didn't terserempak with the teacher...

after that go biology class and halfway studying...cikgu keeflee walk pass...

luckily my friends told me...thank you all la...

finally go back class lo...

then all parents came to take report card...

as a prefect...i have to bring the parents as a guide to their respective classes...

so i just walk walk lo...i told them i go jaga the corridor...

when i saw mr ong go downstairs i go upstairs lo...and the other way round too...

like moving in circles

i think at that time cikgu keeflee is busy in his office...

so while waiting for my mum to come...i do my add maths lo..

leuk was safe...(for specific reasons...)he got an award too...if you want to know ask him lar...

I watched this movie yesterday at Big Cinemas, Sitiawan! i met a few of my friends there too... "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen!" It was a fantastic action movie! it is filled with lots of actions n there were funny scenes too...the person in front of me keep on laughing haha...IT IS A MUST WATCH MOVIE...

Synopsis

The battle for Earth has ended but the battle for the universe has just begun. After returning to Cybertron, Starscream assumes command of the Decepticons, and has decided to return to Earth with force. The Autobots believing that peace was possible finds out that Megatron's dead body has been stolen from the US Military by Skorpinox and revives him using his own spark. Finally my exam fever has been healed...haha
Actually finished my exams yesterday..
then today still got teacher's day...haiz..bored...
today is the start of the two weeks holiday...
wanna rest but also can't...
whole holiday also full schedule already...full of activities n tuition..
tomorrow I'm going to ipoh to visit the home of down syndrome and orphans...doing charity o...haha
after that we will be going shopping ...
nothing to shop also lar...
maybe go and find some presents for my friends cuz their bdays coming..hehe
the following week going to genting n kl with school...can count as school trip lar...
i hope can enjoy myself there..

Penyalagunaan Dadah Dalam Kalangan Remaja

“Pemuda harapan bangsa,pemudi tiang negara”merupakan kata-kata yang sering dilaung-laungkan.Malangnya remaja yang dianggap tunggak negara ini dilanda masalah penyalahgunaan dadah.Walaupun telah banyak usaha-usaha telah dilakukan oleh pelbagai pihak,namun usaha ini tidak langsung memberikan kesedaran terhadap para remaja tentang bahayanya penyalahgunaan dadah.Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyumbang kepada masalah ini.

Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan remaja terjebak dalam penyalahgunaan dadah ialah ibu bapa yang lalai dalam melaksanakan tanggungjawab mereka.Ibu bapa yang sibuk bekerja sehingga lupa ntuk memberikan kasih sayang sepenuhnya terhadap anak-anak yang kini meningkat remaja.Mereka hanya mementingkan materialistik semata-mata sehingga tiada langsung masa untuk diluangkan mengetahui aktiviti semasa mereka.Ini akan menyebabkan mereka rasa dipinggirkan atau tidak disayangi lalu melakukan sesuatu yang tidak diduga.Pepatah melayu ada menyebut “melentur buluh biar dari rebungnya”,ibu bapa seharusnya membimbing atau membentuk anak mereka dari sejak kecil dengan memberikan didikan yang sempurna.

Selain itu juga,kurangnya didikan agama oleh ibu bapa menjadi salah satu faktor remaja ini terjebak dengan dadah.Kurangnya kekuatan iman menyebabkan mereka ini mudah terpengaruh atau tergoda dengan godaan syaitan.Ibu bapa seharusnya memberikan mereka didikan agama yang sempurna dan cukup untuk mereka membawa diri masing-masing.Sepertimana yang kita lihat di televisyen dan dengar dari corong-corong radio bahawa banyaknya remaja kita terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan dadah adalah akibat pegangan agama yang rapuh.Tambahan pula,remaja sekarang sudah berani mencuba sesuatu yang belum pernah dirasainya lagi.

Justeru,kurangnya pemerhatian ibu bapa terhadap anak-anak dan membiarkan mereka ini bebas di dunia luar sana menyebabkan mereka rasa tidak lagi disayangi.Oleh itu,mereka lebih banyak meluangkan masa bersama kawan-kawan dan mereka inilah yang akan mempengaruhi remaja itu melakukan sesuatu diluar jangkaan.Lebih-lebih lagi mereka yang tinggal di ibu kota lebih mudah terjebak dengan aktiviti sosial secara tidak langsung mereka juga akan lebih mudah terpengaruh dengan dadah.

Tambahan pula,bagi anak-anak yang meningkat remaja atau sudah pun bergelar remaja,mereka ini mempunyai satu sikap iaitu sikap yang ingin cuba sesuatu perkara ini.Ini juga,akan menyebabkan mereka juga terjebak dalam salah laku ini.Jadi,seterusnya disini,pihak-pihak kerajaan mahupun pihak yang bertanggungjawab seharusnya menganggap ini satu kes yang amat serius.Mereka sepatutnya mengadakan kempen bahayanya penyalahgunaan dadah kepada remaja-remaja ini.Pihak polis seharusnya membanteras kes ini dengan secepat mungkin sebelum ia merebak seperti “api dalam belukar”.Dengan mengadakan kempen-kempen ataupun ceramah dan motivasi,mungkin penyalahgunaan dadah ini dapat dikurangkan secara tidak langsung.

Konklusinya,dengan kerjasama pelbagai pihak,kes penyalahgunaan dadah ini mungkin akan berkurangan..Jadi disini,ibu bapa,pihak kerajaan,pihak polis dan mana-mana pihak yang bertanggungjawab untuk menangani masalah ini,supaya suatu hari nanti negara kita akan bersih daripada najis dadah yang membawa padah ini.Dengan itu slogan “Pemuda harapan bangsa,pemudi tiang negara” dapat diteruskan dan diterapkan kepada semua remaja di negara ini.

i got no.11 in overall...

Cold sores are small, painful, fluid-filled blisters or sores that appear on the lips, mouth, or nose that are caused by a virus. The sores can be painful and usually last a few days. Unlike most viral infections, the cold sore virus is not completely eliminated by the body defenses. For this reason, cold sores often recur.
The virus that causes cold sores is known as the herpes simplex virus (HSV). There are two types of HSV, type I and type II. Cold sores are usually caused by type I. Herpes simplex infections are contagious. The virus is spread from person to person by kissing or other close contact with sores or even from contact with apparently normal skin that is shedding the virus. Infected saliva is also a means of transmitting the virus. People are most contagious when they have active blister-like sores. Once the blisters have dried and crusted over (within a few days), the risk of contagion is significantly lessened. However, a person infected with HSV can pass it on to another person even when a cold sore is not present. This is because the virus is sometimes shed in saliva even when sores are not present. Despite popular myth, it is almost impossible to catch herpes (cold sores) from contaminated surfaces, towels, or washcloths.
Some patients have a "prodrome," which is when certain symptoms occur before the actual sores appear. The prodrome to herpes infections typically involves a burning or tingling sensation that precedes the appearance of blisters by a few hours or a day or two. As the cold sore forms, the area may become reddened and develop small fluid-filled blisters. Several of these small blisters may even come together and form one large blister. Cold sores are mildly painful.When cold sores recur, the blisters dry up rapidly and leave scabs that last anywhere from a day to several days, depending on the severity of the infection.
Cold sores contain the HSV-1 virus. People with cold sores should wash their hands often, especially after touching the face. Cups and eating utensils should not be shared with another person. Home remedies have not been shown to improve healing, but cold compresses may relieve pain temporarily. Lysine, an amino acid, was once thought to be a potential treatment, but the evidence for this is unconvincing. Other home remedies including vitamin supplements have not been well studied.
It is not always possible to prevent an outbreak of cold sores by trying to avoid triggers such as sunburn or stress. Taking daily prescription medications can significantly reduce the frequency of cold sores. However, the vast majority of people do not have enough attacks to justify taking a daily medicine.

Today is the 1st of January....Yahoo!!

at last the old year has passed and the new year has come...

yesterday night my church did a countdown party at our church...

it started from 9pm and ended at 12 something...but as a myf commitee member...i had to stay back to wash the dishes until nearly 2!! ...we started with worship and then continued by games...after the games we started our barbeque and we enjoyed eating...after the barbeque...we did the countdown led by one of our church leaders because our pastor went to singapore...after the countdown, we did aerobic exercise...everyone danced very well...haha...after that we continued eating...after that everyone left and left a few hardworking people cleaning up...haha

At last i got my results, I got it an hour ago...and i've got 7A's

True Meaning of Christmas

Just a week before Christmas I had a visitor. This is how it happened. I just finished the household chores for the night and was preparing to go to bed, when I heard a noise in the front of the house. I opened the door to the front room and to my surprise, Santa himself stepped out next to the fireplace.

"What are you doing?" I started to ask. The words choked up in my throat and I saw he had tears in his eyes. His usual jolly manner was gone. Gone was the eager, boisterous soul we all know. He then answered me with a simple statement . . .

"TEACH THE CHILDREN!" I was puzzled. What did he mean? He anticipated my question and with one quick movement brought forth a miniature toy bag from behind the tree. As I stood bewildered, Santa said, "Teach the children!

Teach them the old meaning of Christmas. The meaning that now-a-days Christmas has forgotten. "Santa then reached in his bag and pulled out a FIR TREE and placed it before the mantle. "Teach the children that the pure green color of the stately fir tree remains green all year round, depicting the everlasting hope of mankind, all the needles point heavenward, making it a symbol of man's thoughts turning toward heaven."

He again reached into his bag and pulled out a brilliant STAR. "Teach the children that the star was the heavenly sign of promises long ago. God promised a Savior for the world, and the star was the sign of fulfillment of His promise."

He then reached into his bag and pulled out a CANDLE. "Teach the children that the candle symbolizes that Christ is the light of the world, and when we see this great light we are reminded of He who displaces the darkness."

Once again he reached into his bag and removed a WREATH and placed it on the tree. "Teach the children that the wreath symbolizes the real nature of love. Real love never ceases. Love is one continuous round of affection."

He then pulled from his bag an ORNAMENT of himself. "Teach the children that I, Santa Claus, symbolize the generosity and good will we feel during the month of December."

He then brought out a HOLLY LEAF. "Teach the children that the holly plant represents immortality. It represents the crown of thorns worn by our Savior. The red holly berries represent the blood shed by Him.

Next he pulled from his bag a GIFT and said, "Teach the children that God so loved the world that he gave his begotten son." Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.

Santa then reached in his bag and pulled out a CANDY CANE and hung it on the tree. "Teach the children that the candy cane represents the shepherds' crook. The crook on the staff helps to bring back strayed sheep to the flock. The candy cane is the symbol that we are our brother's keeper."

He reached in again and pulled out an ANGEL. "Teach the children that it was the angels that heralded in the glorious news of the Savior's birth. The angels sang Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace and good will toward men."

Suddenly I heard a soft twinkling sound, and from his bag he pulled out a BELL,. "Teach the children that as the lost sheep are found by the sound of the bell, it should ring mankind to the fold. The bell symbolizes guidance and return.

Santa looked back and was pleased. He looked back at me and I saw that the twinkle was back in his eyes. He said, "Remember, teach the children the true meaning of Christmas and do not put me in the center, for I am but a humble servant of the One that is, and I bow down to worship him, our LORD, our GOD."

journey to japan (day 1) kuala lumpur-tokyo

it was already 3pm n my i'm still packing my clothes cuz im juz back from nscfl camp...

luckily my clothes managed to get dried b4 going to japan or else...i not enough clothes edi lo...

we went to ipoh to wait for my father who is still in the office working...

so i went to my father's house n watch tv while waiting 4 my dad to come back...

after my father came back we started journey to klia at 6pm and we reached at 9 smth...

on the way i ate a few char siew pao n a can of 100+...

when we reached there, we checked in our luggages n went for dinner...

we ate our dinnner at mcdonalds....

i ate a spicy chicken mc deluxe n a cup of pepsi...

on the way to the terminal...

me...waiting to board the plane...

we were lucky because i still have a younger brother so we can go in earlier without lining up...
after boarding the plane, i sit at my place n wait 4 my favourite part which is....FOOD!!!

besides eating...i played some in flight games in the plane with my brother...

i have to go n eat my breakfast now...i'll update my blog ltr..

this is what happened to me 2day morning...

i was going to train basketball...

then when i want to go out...

my bike tyre was flat cuz very long din use edi... then i found this on my tyre lo....

after zooming...

i managed to cycle to the school basketball court n nothing happened...

actually i wanted to go to the bicycle shop 1st but it wasn't open yet....

so no choice but to go school lo...luckily i reached school safely w/o the tyre exploding......

thank god...

after basketball training...i go makan then go change tyre lo...n reached home safely...haha

juz back from nippon yesterday...

the trip was very fun...

their technology much much better than us la...

but got 1 negative thing lo...

their things supa expensive...

when i juz saw this...

i felt that smth is special abt this grasshopper...

it is not like normal grasshopper...

it run super fast...n it has a yellow stripe...

i have to take at least 7 shots to get it...

but i think its unique la...
